Find and Copy the Correct Snap ID
Open Marvel Snap, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, reveal your Snap ID, then tap it again to copy it. Confirm you are on the correct account first. Use the Snap ID, not your display name or a guessed email.

How to Redeem Marvel Snap Codes in the Official Web Shop
- Copy your Snap ID.
- Open the official Web Shop and enter the correct user ID.
- Confirm the account shown.
- Open Redeem Code.
- Paste the exact code and submit it.
- Stop if it says expired, already used, or unavailable.

Confirm the Code Reward Arrived
Reopen the game and check the correct account for the reward. If the campaign requires an Inbox claim, complete it. Free Web Shop Rewards Are a Separate Claim
The Web Shop offers a daily Free Rewards claim. Open the current offer, check its conditions, complete the claim, and verify the reward in-game. It is separate from promo codes, so you do not need to find a code for this reward.
