How to play Metro Royale in PUBG Mobile

Metro Royale in PUBG Mobile offers two maps: Basic and Advanced. The Basic Map provides the most reliable profit. Its matchmaking bracket limits players to loadouts under 600K Metro Cash, keeping the battle pool full of low-gear players and lone looters. This makes it ideal for focused farming. Even on this tier, high-value loot zones produce refined equipment, gold bars, and premium tradeable goods. With the right strategy, you can leave with millions without firing a single shot.

Lean Loadout, Big Returns

Keeping your equipment below 600,000 Metro Cash is crucial. Avoid Mythic armor and Epic weapons. An ideal farming build includes:

  • Armor: Level 6 Refined/Steel Front
  • Weapons: AUG for range, M416 or P90 for close combat
  • Backpack: Level 2-3 Tactical Backpack (value per slot matters more than capacity)
  • Throwables: 3-4 smoke grenades, 1-2 flashbangs

Never exceed the 600K limit. A rare weapon skin or high-tier vest will push you into a higher bracket where gear disparity becomes fatal.

Game-Changing Gear

Two items can dramatically improve your survival. The Evacuation Flare Gun summons a helicopter for extraction anywhere, letting you avoid preset evac zones often camped by enemies. The Adrenaline Syringe instantly adds 100 boost, providing speed and rapid healing for five minutes, perfect for escaping ambushes or pushing aggressively.

Lock Box Safety

The Lock Box is a secure container. Any items placed inside, gold bars, rare supplies, or premium gear, will not drop upon death. Fill it with your most valuable finds first. Everything outside remains vulnerable. Using the Lock Box lets you take calculated risks knowing your best loot is protected.

Underground Tunnels

Two of four underground railway lines spawn randomly in each match. Tunnel entrances appear only when you approach. Use these for fast travel across the map or stealthy repositioning. Maintenance Rooms inside tunnels hold top-tier loot like Gold Bars and Epic Gear, but Juggernauts, heavy enemies with LMGs, guard them. Bring teammates and ample ammo before pushing.

Beware of “Rats”

“Rats” are players who enter with minimal gear, often just a pistol or VSS, and camp in dark corners, high-tier rooms, or near extraction zones. They rely on surprise, killing you mid-loot. Never ignore a seemingly unarmed player. Engage immediately or retreat. Extraction zones are notorious for camping. Always smoke your exit or use the Evacuation Flare Gun when carrying valuables.

Perfect Exit Window: 10–12 Minutes

Staying too long is a common mistake. A solo loot run should last 10–12 minutes. By then, you should have:

  • Looted 3-4 high-tier crate locations
  • Cleared a boss or treasure room
  • Avoided open-area clashes

After this window, PvP encounters rise sharply. If your bag exceeds two million Metro Cash, extract immediately. Consistency beats bravery in Metro Royale.

What a Successful Run Looks Like

A single Basic Map run can yield:

  • 2–3 million Metro Cash in items
  • 1-2 purple/blue gear boxes
  • Processed materials for crafting
  • Occasional boss drops

Sell strategically at the Black Market. Cash out unneeded goods and keep only what improves future farming runs or upgrades your default gear set.

In Metro Royale, smart looting beats expensive gear. Stick to the Basic Map, keep your loadout under 600K, use the Lock Box for valuables, and extract within 12 minutes. Consistency, not greed, builds wealth. Master these 2026 strategies, and every run becomes a profitable escape.
